9. Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products sold by Super Parts, Inc. will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

No Judge or Jury: There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.
Arbitration Rules: The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules (International Centre for Dispute Resolution), or by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) if mutually agreed.
Location: The arbitration shall take place in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, Republic of Korea, or at another mutually agreed location.
Class Action Waiver: We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class action or class arbitration.

10. Applicable Law

By visiting the Site, you agree that the Arbitration Act of the Republic of Korea, applicable international law, and the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Super Parts, Inc.

11. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Super Parts, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

12. Product Descriptions and Website Errors

We attempt to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
